Summary: This is set in season three, assuming I borrowed Shonda's concept of time as a highly flexible thing, and somehow made it Christmas a second time at some point during the never-ending intern year.  Really, it'd probably be best to just sort of ignore the concept of time when reading this.  It's about Meredith and Derek, and their first Christmas together.  It has only the vaguest of spoilers about the status of the early S3 relationships.
